    "content": "According to the Order Paper, the amendments which are supposed to be considered by the Committee of the Whole House actually touch on Clauses 20, 26, 27, 28 and 29, which are proposing a very different thing from what the Committee had discussed. I feel that if we go by the amendments which have been proposed by the Leader of the Majority Party, then it will be a complete diversion from what the Committee and the CS discussed. Therefore, I ask for your guidance on this one."
