    "content": "Having said that, I also wish to clarify that it is not that currently these companies are not paying taxes. In fact, if we are taxing them at the rate of 7.5 per cent on gross, that is like 20 per cent on net plus what they are already paying which is the normal corporate tax at the rate of 30 per cent. So, effectively, if you look at the amount they are paying, they are paying almost 50 per cent, as we speak today. So, we are only saying that let us uphold the status quo and give more time for further consultation."
