    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wanted to let the Leader of the Majority Party know that I am the only surgeon in Parliament, both the Senate and the National Assembly. The others are neonatologists and others. Dr. Nyikal is a neonatologist. He is smiling across. I want to second this very important Bill. Hon. Speaker, this Bill seeks to amend the Companies Act, 2015 that this House passed in 2015. It was a landmark Bill. It was such a huge document and many of us had difficulties reading and understanding it. The amendment Bill has been brought timeously by the Leader of the Majority Party. It seeks to create an enabling environment for our investors, business people and our citizens who would want to form companies and invest in this country."
