    "content": "This is the way to go as a country. These are some of the things that all of us, whether in the Opposition or Government, must unite and support. Indeed, this is landmark for this House. We should support this Bill because it has a lot of ramifications. It actually is seeking to clean up the Companies Act, 2015. It is only two years since we passed the Companies Act and for me this means that it is a very dynamic law. People are looking at it and saying, “This is the kind of improvement that we need to do”. It is in the same breath that we should look at our Constitution which has been rated as one of the most progressive constitutions in the world. Let us look at it as we go to the elections, after and beyond the elections. We need to ask ourselves whether there are areas that we feel need to be improved. So, whether we are in Government or the Opposition, we should strive to have in place a good country that we all love. Let us make laws that will draw investors in our country. I second."
