    "content": "I like what is being amended, like Clause 11. We have learnt from the mistakes we have made as a country, especially in the companies. Right now, we have very many people opening a thousand companies. You find one person is a director owning up to five companies. You find that when they apply for tenders, it is the same person applying for the same jobs using different companies. So, by amending and making sure that directors disclose all the companies in which they are directors gives the Registrar of Companies a chance to know how many companies each person owns. Otherwise, we will end up giving the different jobs to the same person, and we will not be dispersing the resources we have as a country."
