    "content": ". On Clause 51, Hon. Neto, from the time we passed this law in 2015, there was enough grace period for companies to regularise their systems and registration under the new Act. So, the transitional clause that we provided then, in one-and-a-half years has served all the companies that existed before the coming into effect of this law. That is why this is a clean-up exercise where we do not want to have a transitional clause to infinity.
