    "content": "We, as Kenyans, feel what the ordinary mwananchi is feeling. We therefore must work towards ensuring that this Government goes home. I hope that everybody, even some of the Jubilee supporters get this message so that Jubilee goes home as we save Kenyans. With those few remarks, I wish to state that I am going to withhold my support for this Bill."
