    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I said that the question that the hon. Member asked really, is not for me to answer. It does not relate to my Ministry. It does not relate to me or the contractor. That is where we have a contractual obligation. The contract that is there is between the school and the contractor and they were clearly paid. At the completion of the exercise, they have signed saying that they are happy with the way the contract has ended. I wish to assure the House and the hon. Member that with this copy--- If there is any other document that has been contravened or any other provision that was signed between the school and the contractor, we would be happy to take it up."
