    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Chairlady. This was a brilliant amendment by the Committee because for the first time we are introducing an Eligibility Committee in the status of refugees in Kenya. It was a balance between the Refugee Advisory Committee and the work of the Eligibility Committee. I think the Committee got it right. I support the amendment."
