Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “Eligibility Committee” and substituting therefor the word “Director”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(2) An applicant who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director may, through his or her representative or any other interested party, appeal to the Appeal Board within thirty days of receiving written notification of the decision.”;"
