"content": "Hon. Chairlady, I totally agree with my colleagues here that let us support this amendment. It is a very straightforward issue. Let us not over-legislate. Instead of putting it in the Act, we can put this in the regulations and it will take care of your concern. We plead with our good friend because he did a very good job, but on this one, we are supporting the Chair because we think that the regulation will take good care of this matter without making a big deal out of it. I am saying I support the Chair. I am very straight on this. I am pleading with him to agree with us. That is what I am saying."
