    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think the Chair of the Committee is out of order and you must hold him to account. This is because he is sharing his opinion and political sentiment, but not addressing the words of the text that Hon. Aghostinho has provided. If you just listen to him carefully, he said that Kenyans do not want refugees to be given land. What Hon. Aghostinho has put in the law says exactly the same. It says refugees shall not acquire land or hold free-hold interest in land in Kenya. Let us speak clear English. Let us not misrepresent what is in the Bill. It is not in order for him to say that Kenyans do not want refugees to be given land because that is what the Bill says. If that is what he wants, it is what Hon. Aghostinho has written in black and white. Let us keep it that way. Let me just try to persuade him in a very calm manner."
