    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for allowing me to contribute to this amendment. I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. It is, always, not nice to oppose one’s Chair, but this amendment is not very useful. This clause should be left the way it is. I support the establishment of a Refugee Trust Fund. This is a temporary measure. It was necessitated by a gap that existed in this country. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
