Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 61 of the Bill be amended─ (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Commissioner” and substituting therefor the word “Secretariat”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Commissioner” and substituting therefor the word “Secretariat”; and (c) in sub-clause (3)─ by deleting the word “Commissioner” where it appears in the first instance and substituting therefor the word “Secretariat”; by deleting the word “Commissioner” where it appears in the second instance and substituting therefor the word “Director”; (d) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “Commissioner” and substituting therefor the word “Director”."
