    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) is a company out there and Matuu Town Council is part of the Government. So, what the Assistant Minister is condoning is the wastage of taxpayers’ money because of the mistake of a private company there. Is he in order to allow the taxpayers money to continue to be wasted in the manner he is suggesting here, by paying the KPLC the additional money, yet this was a mistake of the KPLC?"
