    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you look at the Budget of 2010/2011, there was a provision of Kshs300 million to our sister Ministry to lease ambulances. I have taken this matter up to the highest office in the land because it does not make economical sense to lease ambulances. You can lease other things but not ambulances. We have discussed the matter with His Excellency the President and I am sure sooner rather than later, we are going to sort out this issue."
