Only last month, the Minister for Public Health and Sanitation was here to say that her Ministry has allocated just over Kshs300 million for lease of ambulances. Despite objection from hon. Members, the Minister insisted that they were drawing a paper on which they are going to base the way they are going to lease these ambulances. Is it in order, therefore, for the Minister to come before the House and contradict what the other Minister has said when he knows that, that other one is wrong?"
