Now that the same matter has been brought up, if it does happen that the Prime Minister will respond, I would request that he also responds specifically to the issues that the American Government is apologizing for. Under normal circumstances, one does not apologize for something he does not understand. What is it that the American Government is apologizing for? In their discussion, did the American Government tell him what they will do with the mental and social anguish and the economic effects to the Kenyan people by these very damning reports that are supposed to come out from the Wikileaks dossier?"
