The practice has been that the Prime Minister’s Statement is well circulated well in advance. The Chair did allow you, hon. Kabogo, to rise up to seek a Ministerial Statement on the same matter that you have raised now. But nonetheless, because of the urgency, I am sure the Government, in its own wisdom, does understand that there is need to respond to such things, so that anxiety which is in the public domain can also be addressed. But can we also, first of all, dispose of the Statement in its current form? Then you can have him responding to the issues that you have raised. Hon.
