    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it looks like with the intensity of piracy within the Indian Ocean, there is also intensity in social and economic activities within Kenya. It looks like the benefits accruing from piracy are landing on Kenyan soil and being invested here. I want to know whether there are any plans by the Government to know whether there is direct correlation between the piracy activities going on in the Indian Ocean and the kind of heavy investment taking place in Kenya today, and what measures the Government is taking to ensure that this money does not land in Kenya. It could be benefiting some people here."
