    "content": "I have looked at (f), but there is ambiguity when it comes to (f)(2) when you talk of private sector. When it comes to private sector, we have the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and Federation of Kenya Employees (FKE). So, we need to have some clarity on this word “private”. That is why we are saying there is a lot of ambiguity and when it comes to nominations, it brings a challenge. Thank you."
