    "content": "Thank you. I rise to support this amendment. The import of this amendment is to put fairness and equity into admissions into our colleges and universities. Before we had the Joint Admissions Board (JAB), but we now have KUCCPS. Universities and colleges have been admitting students based on the Vice-Chancellors or Registrar’s decisions. This puts an end to the sort of carte blanche we had with admissions. For that reason, this amendment is important and I support it."
