    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support. It is known that when it comes to miscellaneous amendments, we are supposed to amend things which are insignificant. For instance, we amend for purposes of bringing consistency and spell- checking. Of late, we have realised we are having very significant amendments coming in under the guise of miscellaneous amendments. As we support this, next time we need to change our Standing Orders and look at the issue of amendments and see whether they qualify to be miscellaneous or something significant which has to be subjected to public participation."
