    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Last week, the Prime Minister talked about the issue of drugs or narcotics in this House. He was asked to give the names of those barons but he said that he did not have the names. Today, when he was being asked a question by Mr. Yakub, he confirmed that it is possible that there is a relationship between drugs and piracy. While we know that there is a relationship between piracy and drug trafficking, the Police Commissioner has a while ago, publicly received the names of those prominent Kenyans who are suspected to be dealing in drugs in this country. Could the Prime Minister not be in order to table the names of the prominent Kenyans who have been named in the report?"
