    "content": "Yesterday, we told the CS, Interior to use the money given to him in all the 47 counties. We instructed him to conduct awareness programmes with regard to the coming election. So, there is money that has been given for purposes of security operations during election. Hon. Nkaissery has already assured us that there will be peace before, during and after election. We told him we will hold him to account. We cannot give him money and find ourselves in a situation that is uncomfortable. We want to avoid such a situation at all costs.
