    "content": "A sum of Kshs1.5 billion has been provided to cater for salaries of medical practitioners. I want to remind nurses and doctors that they took oath to save lives of patients. They cannot continue demonstrating outside hospitals while patients die. I want to ask them to sober up, come to the table, sit with the Council of Governors and the national Government and agree on a formula to save the lives of innocent poor Kenyans."
