    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Constitution which we just passed the other day is very clear on this; that, every citizen has the right of access to information held by the State. As we speak right now, the Police Commissioner has received those names and, therefore, the State has the names. The Standing Orders are very clear here that a Minister must answer any Question that is asked by any hon. Member. What we are asking is for the Prime Minister to just name those individuals. There is no big deal about it!"
