    "content": "He has done a lot for the Committee over the last four years. I want to confirm that the Committee deliberated on this particular issue. We all understand the state of security in Kenya and all the neighbouring states. This is an issue that everybody requires. We appreciate the good work that is being done by our officers in the intelligence community. The best we can do as Members is to support what they do because without their vigilance and work, we do not have a country. Therefore, whatever proposal, suggestion or request they make is appropriate and within the budgetary framework. My prayer is that Members will support the increment so that they can attend to all our security needs."
