    "content": "Hon. Members, remember I took the liberty to explain the genesis of the current situation so that the Members of those Committees can speak in relation to what Hon. Mutava Musyimi had indicated as the proposed increments before we put the Question. This is because we have to go through the motion of putting the Question on the proposed amendment necessitating those additions and thereafter, proceed to the original Motion, possibly as amended. Having heard from those two Members of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations, unless there is another Member from that Committee who wishes to--- Hon. Kamama, do you want to say something about this?"
