    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to remind the Prime Minister that listening to him, he wants to treat the call from the Government of the USA to the Prime Minister of Kenya as being casual. Mr. Prime Minister, unless you are referring to the old Constitution, Article 35(3) of the new Constitution states as follows: “The State shall publish and publicize any important information affecting the nation”. Mr. Prime Minister, in view of this, I have stood here on an earlier point of order and asked that you make a full disclosure of that conversation. I requested that you tell us whether in that conversation you pinned down Mr. Johnny Carson to tell you what the things they are fearing are. Is it about the names which have been concealed in this country about the perpetrators of post election violence? Is it about the drug barons?"
