Prime Minister has stated, then you can say that this is not what you discussed with hon. Johnny Carson. The Right hon. Prime Minister has said there is this information which will be in the public domain. This basically means that the American Government is not in control of that information, neither the Kenya Government, nor anybody else; only the Wikileaks have it. For you to insinuate something against the Prime Minister is not fair, and is not in line with the Standing Orders of the House. You have to respect the dignity of the House. Do not impute any improper motives, even in touching on anybody without substantive process, essentially in a substantive Motion. So, just hold your horses. It is a matter of days as the Right hon. Prime Minister has said."
