    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I believe that you are aware that whether a person is a just a Chairperson of a Committee or a distinguished Senator in this House, irrespective of where they come from, they have a right to a response. However, that response is not the responsibility of the Chairman or the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare; it rests with the Ministry of East African Community, Labour and Social Protection to respond. Once the Senator through the Clerk writes to the Ministry, they are charged with the responsibility to find out and relay to this House the adequate answers asked by the distinguished Senator. It is in this regard that I so much abhor what my sister has said as if I, the Senator of Kilifi, is charged with the responsibility to respond to her question."
