Madzayo, indeed, a retired judge, is privy to Article 125 of the Constitution which gives him immense power to summon the people responsible for not giving him an answer. According to the calendar of this House, we are likely to adjourn sine die on Thursday. Is he in order not to have utilized this Article of the Constitution to supply this House with the necessary answer?"
