Madzayo, the Chairman of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare has been challenged by the Member to bring a response to the House. Sen. Mbura stated that you had a lot of time to deal with the matter. You said that that matter is very important to you. Sen. (Dr.) Machage came to your aid in terms of what you can do. So, the responsibility to produce a response is yours as the Chairperson of the Committee. What you do with those others is your business. You cannot implicate them here. What we need is a response. When they fail, you summon them. If you read that Article very carefully, you have the same powers as the High Court, not just as a House of Parliament but a Committee of the House. I direct that you bring that response on Thursday."
