    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Mediation Committee was made up of four Members from the Senate and an equal number from the National Assembly. The Chair of the Mediation Committee was Hon. Mutava Musyimi of the National Assembly. We had two meetings and disagreed. Following that the Secretariat was to do a report and get the Members to sign, so that we could report to the two respective Houses. My understanding is that a report has been drafted. However, since the Houses went on recess they were not able to get the signatures. The report will be made available. We will push to get it at least by tomorrow, so that Members can have a record of the same."
