    "content": "However, as a House, we are independent to legislate. We are willing to look at what is reasonable. We know the challenges this country faces, economic and revenue collection. We all know about all that but we will recommend. We have recommended in our report that we throw out this Bill and it goes to mediation, and we wait for them to come up with appropriate proposals as suggested by the Majority Leader."
