    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, clause 23 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the word “County Education” immediately before the word “Board”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by— (i) Inserting the word “County Education” immediately before the word “Board”; (ii) Deleting the word “principal” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the word “head teacher”; (iii)Deleting the word “principal” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “head teacher”; (iv) deleting the word “children” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the term “pupils” (c) in sub-clause (3) by inserting the word “County Education” immediately before the word “Board”;"
