    "content": "Lastly, this is likely to be my last major assignment in this House, God willing. I have said it before. I have stood in this House as one of the people with very humble backgrounds. As I was growing up, I did not know I would go beyond Form Four. God has been gracious to me. I not only went beyond Form Four, but I got a university degree, a master‘s degree and an engineering degree. Today, I am just one out of about 400 Kenyans who hold the title of registered consulting engineers. So, I thank the Almighty God. I thank you for the support you gave us when we were doing our work as the Committee. I also thank my colleagues. I have held the principle that when we come here--- I was looking at the history of Parliament and I found out that since Kenya became independent; probably less than 3,000 people have passed through this House.
