"content": "I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 30(3)(b), this House resolves to hold a Morning Sitting on Thursday, 15th June, 2017 commencing at 10.00 a.m. for purposes of considering urgent Business. As Members may be aware, the House is scheduled to adjourn sine die tomorrow as per the Calendar of the National Assembly. This Procedural Motion, therefore, is to allow the House enough time to conclude the remaining important and crucial business before we adjourn and go back to the people to ask for fresh mandate. That is for those of us who want to come back to this House like me and Hon. Ottichilo. Those who want to go to the elders‘ House, or become Governor---"
