Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended by – (a) deleting the words ―in Kenya‖ appearing immediately before the words ―invest in trust funds‖ in subsection (1); and (b) deleting the words ‗such bank or banks‖ appearing immediately before the words ―as it may determine‖ and substituting therefor the words ―any bank‖ in sub-clause (2). This is just for clarity purposes."
