First, I do not think you had time to go through it. But the few people who have tried to go through it are shocked. First, the Committee has done a tremendous job over a very long time and I think that should not be taken away from them. The past always determines the future. We cannot keep mourning about the past. However, we cannot keep mourning about the things we should have done or we are not doing. I repeat here that Ministers are not here.
