Having read the original Bill, I know that this aspect has not been covered. It is a serious missing link, particularly in terms of trade disputes. There is the infamous case in Kenya of the Duty Free Shops at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, which serves as a case study. For that reason, I support the amendment."
