Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended– (d) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word ―production‖ appearing immediately before the word ―thereof‖ and substituting therefor the word ―issuance‖; (e) in sub-clause (5) by inserting the words ―Legal Metrology‖ immediately after the word ―primary‖. This is just to insert the missing words and correct grammatical errors."
