(a) Could the Minister explain why Kenyan fishermen residing in Migingo Island in Lake Victoria are harassed by Ugandan Security Forces? (b) Could he state whether the Joint Boundary Survey commissioned by the Kenyan and Ugandan Governments was completed and, if so, to provide the report to the House? (c) Could the Minister also explain the steps the Government has taken to implement the resolution passed in the House urging the Government to use all possible means available to reclaim the island, including registering the dispute with the United Nations Security Council?"
