Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Orders Nos. 264 and 265, this House adopts the Report of the Procedure and House Rules Committee, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 13th June, 2017, and further— (i) approves the amendments proposed to the Standing Orders as contained in the Schedule of the report. (ii) resolves that the amendments to the Standing Orders shall, upon approval by the House, take effect at the commencement of the next Parliament; and,"
