The Cabinet Secretary ought to seek Cabinet‘s approval for the implementation of the hotel component of the project through the public private partnership framework. The Cabinet Secretary for Tourism should report to the National Assembly on the status of implementation of this recommendation not later than six months after the adoption of this Report."
