    "content": "and, lastly; substantive amendments relating to the procedure for consideration of disposal of business before the Senate including Motions, Bills, Statements and Petitions. Mr. Speaker, Sir, among the areas where amendments have been proposed are the concurrence procedure on Bills, application of rules on privilege of Members, consideration of Presidential Memoranda on Bills, financial procedures and considerations of Petitions, amongst others. The topics I have mentioned are so relevant that they will actually tilt the direction and the substance of the coming Standing Orders book. I, therefore, request this House to keenly consider the amendments that have been proposed in this Report and, if possible, pass those recommendations without any amendments. In so doing, we will not only have saved time for this House, but we will have captured the real thought of the Committee and Members who took time to consider this Report.
