I know it is an important matter and that it is a Question by Private Notice and, therefore, giving very limited time to the Minister. However, it may be preferable that the Minister answers the Question, supplies you with a copy of the answer and thereafter we will defer the Question so that you have adequate time to interrogate the answer as will be given. I think that will be fine."
