    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I hereby table a list of all the 1,417 employees (excluding the casuals) of the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) as requested. (b) I also table an organogram of the KAA as requested. (c) In order to achieve equity and regional balance, the management of the KAA is ensuring equal opportunities for all. All vacancies are filled competitively with emphasis on merit and ensuring that candidates are not discriminated on account of their regions of origin. The KAA will review the recruitment process to ensure that it is in tandem with the requirements of the new Constitution."
