Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade on the vetting for approval of Mr. Saitoti Kimerei Maika, nominee for the appointment as the Director General of the Financial Reporting Centre, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 14th June 2017 and pursuant to the provisions of Section 25 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti- money Laundering Act, approves the appointment of Mr. Saitoti Kimerei Maika as the Director General of the Financial Reporting Centre."
